Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge is an American actress. Her first role was an supporting character in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2006) and She's the Man (2006). Later, she played reporter Willa McPherson in the FX series Dirt as well as a supporting role in the short-lived television series The Ex List. She was Kaylee, a young Moira on the very first season of on FX's American Horror Story. She was Jessie Anderson on AMC's The Walking Dead, and Sophie on the NBC series This Is Us. She also voices a variety of characters from Family Guy's animated comedy series. She is currently the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe, a character on Netflix's show Virgin River. Breckenridge lived in Darien, Connecticut, until the age of 10 when her mother and she moved to California. There, they moved around for a year before eventually settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge began to take an interest in singing, acting, and photography when she was 13. Breckenridge moved to Los Angeles with her mother when she was just 15 years old to pursue her acting career.
